Meet Nikki
Nikki Jones Movement is built on the belief that movement should support how you live, dance, and age—not punish your body. Rooted in a lifelong dance practice and shaped by personal injury and recovery, this work is about strength, alignment, and longevity.
Pilates became the foundation of my movement practice because it builds deep core strength, joint stability, and body awareness—especially through the ankles, hips, shoulders, and spine. This approach is designed with dancers and high-performing women in mind.
